No - it's a manual 2-mode toggle between flat (0°) and 5°. You set it by hand before you start; it doesn't adjust itself mid-walk.
Can I run or jog on it?
It's a walking pad, not a treadmill. Top speed is a brisk 3.7 mph (6 km/h) - great for walking, not built for running.
Do I need an app to use it?
No. The Drift works straight out of the box with the included wireless remote - set speed, start, stop. No app, no account, no pairing required to walk.
How loud is it really?
The brushless motor runs under 45 dB - quieter than normal conversation. You can comfortably walk during calls. Note the unit does emit a short startup/button beep.
What's the weight limit, and who is the belt sized for?
Max user weight is 220 lb (100 kg) - a firm limit, so check it before ordering. The walking surface is 34.3″ × 14.2″. The 14.2″ width suits most users up to about 6′; if you're taller or have a naturally wide stride, a wider belt may feel more comfortable.
How long can I walk per session?
We recommend walking sessions of up to 30 minutes with a short rest before continuing. It's tuned for steady daily movement, not hours of continuous use.
